Ticketing

The specific gate to use on the day of the test match will be specified on your ticket, please make sure you familiarise yourself with this to avoid any inconveniences on the day.
 

Ticket office will be open:

• Monday to Friday from 08h00am - 16h00pm 
  - Match Day from 08h00am to the end of the match
• Scanners will be available all around the stadium to make the flow of visitors a better experience for all
• Please be advised that the scanners will be on the outer perimeter of the stadium, so be prepared to scan earlier than usual
• Gates into the Loftus Versfeld Stadium will open at 13h00pm

Scamming ticket warnings:

• Please note that Ticketpro is the only platform that the Loftus Versfeld Stadium uses for ticket sales
• Please be wary of 3rd party ticket sellers like Viagogo and GameDaySeats selling tickets, anyone purchasing from these platforms does so at their own risk and will not be able to claim a refund through the Blue Bulls Company or SA Rugby
• These 3rd party ticket sellers upsell tickets and increase the prices drastically, with no guarantees of entry

E-Tickets/Digital/Home prints:

• We encourage you to print your tickets, as this will ease access to the stadium
• Please print the ticket as is in its original size, 1 per A4 page [DO NOT RESIZE OR CROP]
• Please only print in black & white as colour prints do not always scan
• Please use a high-quality printer so that your bar-code is clear and easy to scan
• Please keep your tickets safe where the bar-code will not be damaged (do not fold ticket across the bar-code)
• Do not attempt to distribute copies of your tickets
• Persons presenting duplicate tickets will be refused entry and handed over to the authorities
• You can also download the PDF ticket to your phone and use this to scan at the event [Cracked screens often present challenges]
• When you reach the verification point, please ensure your screen brightness is set to full and kindly zoom in on the barcode of the ticket/s.
• DO NOT take screen shots or photos of your tickets, as they will not scan

Physical:

• Tickets must be collected prior to match day to ease access on the day

Children's' Access:

• All children need a valid match day ticket to enter the stadium (pricing remains the same as an adult ticket)
• Children under 18 months may receive a BabyPass (sit on lap/no seat) - Please contact reniquep@bluebull.co.za in advance, presenting birth certificate on the day of the match

MUST BE ORGANISED PRIOR TO MATCH DAY

Disabled Persons Access:

• Disabled persons sit in Block T or Block U on the North Stand
• Please contact reniquep@bluebull.co.za to purchase your tickets ahead of time

DISABLED AREA ON THE STAND IS SOLD OUT

Pass – Outs:

• It is recommended that you enter the Stadium with all the belongings you will need
• A manual pass-out will be issued if required, but this can cause delays as the match is a sold out encounter
