We are champions!

The 17th of March 2019 saw Plett Polo Club hosting an inaugural Estate Agents Cup. The Kurland Pavilion and surrounding grounds have been home to Plett polo for a number of years, with players and international teams making this a much sought after polo destination.

Plettenberg Bay agencies - Choice, Seeff, Remax, Lew Geffen Sotheby's International Realty and all guests were in for a spectacular day of polo with all teams accepting this challenge that the thrilling game of polo brings. Teams were carefully selected with at least one international visiting player within each team.

The format of play was a competitive round robin allowing all teams to face up against each other. Lew Geffen Sotheby's International Realty emerged as winners of the first round and faced Remax in a thrilling final. It was fast paced from the start with Sotheby’s taking an early lead. This lead was held throughout the day until the tough-fought final.

Emerging as clear winners Derek Harvey, Rafael Secco, Matt Thake and Buster Mackenzie did Sotheby’s proud by being part of our team. Well deserved winners on the day, their own team effort and organized rhythm of play resulted in this magnificent victory. Our players did our entire agency proud and we are hopeful our competition will be up for next year's challenge.
