Bespoke Procurement Bulletin November 2016 Edition
Dear Client,

In this month's Bespoke Procurement Bulletin, we interview Nedbank CPO Shiraz Sarang on his successes to date and the need for real leadership and training in procurement, and we explore the IACCM’s third contracting pitfall of poor stakeholder engagement and management. We look at the particular challenge of procurement recruitment, with a view to guiding you on nailing that job interview, and revisit the highlights of last month's annual contract management event. The usual round-up of the month's top procurement news and worthwhile upcoming events is included.

Enjoy the read!

Listening can be relatively passive, if the listener is not paying attention.  Active listening on the other hand is not passive at all. The listener responds to what is heard through non-verbal behaviour that signals attention, interest and concern for what others are saying. Read More.
