Bespoke Procurement Bulletin October 2017

Dear Client,

In the October 2017 edition of the Bespoke Procurement Bulletin, IACCM's Jim Bergman addresses the changing contract management industry and the skills set needed to succeed therein. Jim was the keynote speaker at Bespoke's recent Contract Management Summit, the highlights of which are also explored in this edition. Furthermore, our expert contributors provide the "small contractors' view" on contract management challenges, and unpack the contract management process step-by-step. Our soft skills piece examines the shifting customer expectations businesses must now accommodate, and the usual roundup of recent top procurement news and worthwhile events is included.
